Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a focus on single-plaintiff, high-stakes cases Excellent writing and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple cases and serve as lead or point person on litigation matters Experience supervising junior associates and staff, and acting as primary client contact Deposition and/or courtroom experience Familiarity with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school Admission to the California Bar Reed Smith offers a total compensation package that includes a competitive salary and benefits.
