Our China Corporate practice with the leading practice in China on innovative technology and corporate deals is seeking a junior associate to join the team in Shanghai. Candidates should be Class of 2015 or 2016, possess a Juris Doctor from a leading law school in the United States, and ideally be working in a top tier law firm in the United States currently. Candidates should have a solid grounding in Corporate Finance and strong English drafting skills. The highest level of Mandarin Chinese fluency is required for the position.
