King & Spalding seeks a mid-level tax associate for its growing transactional tax practice in New York. Qualified candidate will have experience at a large firm with an active transactional practice in real estate joint ventures and private equity funds, as well as private equity-backed M&A and capital markets. Deep familiarity with partnership agreements and fund structuring issues are critical, and international tax law experience is a plus. Candidates should be self-starters with great client management skills, superior academic credentials and the ability to hit the ground running while working with and across our multiple offices.
