Qualified candidates will have two to six years’ experience representing public and/or private companies in a broad array of corporate and securities law matters, including entity formation, venture capital financings, debt financings, public offerings, and M&A. All candidates should have large law firm experience, strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school, California bar admission, and an entrepreneurial attitude. This position will be based in San Francisco but will support the corporate teams in both the San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
