The firm is seeking a litigation associate with at least 3 years’ experience to join the firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation Practice Group, based in Sacramento. Candidates must have substantial litigation experience, including preparing pleadings, drafting/arguing motions, and conducting depositions and other discovery. Preference will be given to candidates with trust and estate litigation experience, and/or estate planning and administration experience, but it is not required. The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance. Must be a current, active member of the State Bar of California.
