Summary: The firm is seeking an experienced construction defect defense Paralegal in the Walnut Creek office. This position is responsible for assisting attorneys in the preparation of litigation cases and requires the ability to follow instruction, complete assignments in a timely manner, and work cohesively within a team environment. Qualified candidates will possess a high degree of self-directed initiative and individual judgment. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is necessary. Education & Experience: An undergraduate degree is required, along with an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of five years’ litigation paralegal experience.
