<p>The City of Cleveland Department of Law seeks an attorney with at least three years of civil litigation experience.<br> <br> The attorney will handle matters primarily related to civil rights litigation arising under 42 USC 1983, and some labor, employment, and general tort litigation.<br> <br> Ohio Bar membership in good standing is required. Candidates must have meticulous attention to detail, be self-motivated, have handled civil cases in State and Federal Court, have strong writing skills, be able to analyze complex issues of law and work well in a team setting . Civil rights litigation experience is preferred.<br> <br> <b>Submit a cover letter, résumé, 3 references, and two writing samples.</b></p>
