<div id="jobDescriptionText" class="jobsearch-JobComponent-description css-16y4thd eu4oa1w0"><div> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>WHAT YOU'LL DO</b></h2><br> As the Knowledge Senior Director of the Risk &amp; Compliance Practice Area, you will partner with leadership in shaping the strategic priorities for the Practice Area. You will lead the global Risk &amp; Compliance Knowledge Team, driving the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and professionals as well as leverage your distinctive expertise to enable value-added delivery on case work, content agenda and business build initiatives. You will ensure that the Practice Area’s knowledge business and strategy align with our clients’ needs and foster the innovation of new and expanded knowledge offerings. Additionally, you will be accountable for the performance, growth and development of the Risk &amp; Compliance Knowledge Team, as well as customer satisfaction and team satisfaction KPIs.<br> <br> When settled in the role, you may also contribute to or lead global KT initiatives, beyond Risk &amp; Compliance, and participate in global Career Development Committees as decision maker over promotions across all KT businesses.<br> <br> The Risk &amp; Compliance Practice at BCG provides strategic, transformational and technical offerings in risk and compliance. Our offerings include, but also extend beyond: Compliance and Crisis Response, Advanced Risk Analytics, Balance Sheet Management, Credit Risk Management, Commodity Market Risk, Operational Risk Management, Cybersecurity and Digital Risk, Supply Chain Risk, Climate and ESG Risk.<br> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> YOU'RE GOOD AT</b></h2><br> <ul> <li>Strategizing with a pioneering, forward-thinking and entrepreneurial approach</li> <li>Quickly grasping and engaging on relevant content to identify hot topics and major trends</li> <li>Leading and developing a global business and team in a complex, matrixed organization</li> <li>Providing strategic direction and leadership to grow a business via products, people, services</li> <li>Engaging and communicating with senior stakeholders, demonstrating senior expert presence, and credibility</li> <li>Mobilizing and leveraging team to deliver high-impact work, managing priorities across multiple fronts</li> <li>Working in an ever changing and complex environment, and comfortable with ambiguity and navigating a fast-paced environment</li> </ul> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br> YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE &amp; QUALIFICATIONS)</b></h2><br> <ul> <li>8+ years consulting experience in relevant risk and compliance required; candidates with consulting experience preferred</li> <li>In lieu of consulting experience, 10+ years minimum industry experience required; 14+ years of industry experience strongly preferred</li> <li>5+ years team leadership experience required (line management experience preferred)</li> <li>Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)</li> <li>Expertise in relevant risk and compliance topics</li> <li>Fluency in English; other languages requested in certain locations</li> <li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment</li> </ul><br> As the Knowledge Senior Director in Risk &amp; Compliance you will work closely with the Global Practice Management Senior Director and Practice Area Leader and be an integral part of the Practice Area Leadership Team. You will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients. You will also work with the leader of global PA KT as part of the Global KT Leadership Team<br> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</b></h2><br> The Knowledge Team (KT) is a group of functional and/or industry experts leveraging deep domain knowledge to enable insight for case teams and clients. KT members are affiliated to BCG Practice Areas, plugged into the strategic agenda and building and deploying leading edge IP data tools/assets to deliver insight.<br> BCG's Knowledge Team members are staffed on cases and help co-create insights with case teams and clients through expert perspectives on industry trends, delivery of proprietary data or tools in a particular function and complex research and analysis of market information.
