This position requires experience with lease review, purchase and sale agreements, CC&Rs, secured financing negotiation, and documentation. Qualified candidates will have a distinguished academic record and exceptional research, writing, organizational and communication skills. A reduced-time position, if desired, is a possibility for the right candidate. Associate salaries are based on years of experience and bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance.
