Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials; California bar admission; excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills; litigation experience (taking depositions, writing and arguing motions, day-to-day case management); and an eagerness to work hard as part of a team. The Los Angeles tort & environmental litigation group represents large companies in complex tort, environmental, and commercial litigation and investigatory matters. The associates will support the practice’s senior lawyers in fast-paced litigation for key clients, primarily in providing assistance with complex discovery, motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trials. Experience in product liability and/or toxic tort litigation is strongly preferred.
