The firm's Sacramento office is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Corporate, Securities & Tax practice group. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of law firm experience advising corporations, LLCs and other business entities regarding general corporate and business transactional matters. Candidates should have significant experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions; corporate governance; and related matters. Must be a current, active member of the California Bar Association. Strong writing, analytical and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should have a distinguished academic record from a nationally recognized, ABA-accredited law school. Associate salaries are based on years of experience, and bonus consideration is given for productivity and/or performance.
