The Palo Alto office is seeking a senior level associate or counsel level attorney with five-plus years of experience practicing Executive Compensation and Benefits in a major US law firm. Transactional employee benefits experience preferred, including experience with due diligence processes, employee benefits research and review of employee benefits provisions of transaction documents. Experience with executive compensation provisions of the Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 409A, 280G, 162(m) and 83) is preferred as well. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience required.
