THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel with at least 7 years of consumer finance litigation/consumer litigation and/or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As Counsel or Senior Counsel, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: At least 7 years of consumer finance litigation/consumer litigation and/or Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) experience in federal courts. Experience managing a high volume of cases. Experience managing/supervising other attorneys and acting in a first chair capacity in litigation. A combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered. Strong work ethic and ability to drive cases to resolution. Excellent academic credentials, analytical and organizational skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
