The rapidly growing Philadelphia office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an associate or of counsel to join our Wage and Hour Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 4 or more years of experience litigating class/collective actions to take on important client-facing work right away. The ideal candidate would have substantial experience litigating wage and hour class and/or collective action. Qualified candidates need to demonstrate experience and proficiency drafting and ideally arguing motions, including motions to decertify a conditional class, and experience preparing witnesses for taking and/or defending depositions. Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Pennsylvania bar is required. New Jersey bar admission is strongly preferred.
