We are seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 2-5 years of business litigation experience to join our team. Bankruptcy experience would be a plus but is not necessary. Candidate must be highly motivated, responsible, creative, and willing to learn, with excellent writing and oral advocacy skills—significant opportunities for advancement for self-motivated individuals. The salary range for this position would be $120,000 to $155,000, depending on experience with an expected 1750 hours requirement. Primary responsibilities in this position involve working daily with the litigation team to help solve complex legal problems for our clients. Duties will include, but not be limited to persuasive legal writing, law and motion proceedings, preparing for, taking, and defending depositions, legal research, and propounding and responding to discovery.
