Cozen O’Connor seeks a mid-level associate for its corporate practice group with 3-6 years of experience to join the Philadelphia, Miami New York Minnesota or Pittsburgh office. Ideal candidates will have experience advising insurance industry clients on regulatory, licensing, and corporate matters. Experience with all segments of the insurance industry, including property and casualty, life and health, title, excess and surplus lines insurers, reinsurers long term care, and insurtech companies preferred. Qualified candidates will also have excellent academic credentials. Active PA license in good standing required.
