The ideal candidate has experience handling a mix of employer-side counseling, compliance, and litigation matters. Qualified candidates must have excellent academic credentials and demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic. MD Bar or eligible for admission without examination required, DC, and VA Bar preferred. In addition, Lerch Early attorneys defend employers in claims of alleged discrimination, harassment, wage and hour violations, and other employment claims.
