Job Description We are looking for an associate to join the Leveraged Finance team in our London office. The ideal candidates will be up to three years post-qualification experience (PQE) playing an important client-facing role on a range of transactions and possess outstanding technical and interpersonal skills. You will have general exposure to leveraged finance work, private credit, private equity backed buyouts, public bids, corporate M&A, refinancings and recapitalizations. This is to be backed up with outstanding technical skills and a confident, can-do attitude. This role will be well-suited to a motivated candidate who is keen to build relationships and develop business.
