The US Corporate group in our Hong Kong office is seeking a US Corporate Associate (3 to 5 PQE) with experience in US Securities and M&A (we prefer more experience in US Securities) to continue to grow our practice. Top quality drafting experience in English is essential. The Hong Kong* office focuses on a full range of corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, energy, infrastructure and project finance, real estate and investment finance, restructuring and insolvency, and structured finance transactions. The office also is the headquarters of the firm’s Asia-Pacific international arbitration and litigation practice. With combined U.S., Hong Kong and English law capabilities, we provide integrated, comprehensive services on a wide variety of matters. We were one of the first Wall Street law firms to establish a Hong Kong law corporate practice and have many years of experience working as an integrated Hong Kong-U.S. team completing some of Hong Kong’s most complex initial public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
