We are looking for ambitious and highly motivated private equity associates (ideally with a minimum of 2 years pqe) to join our busy and growing London team to work closely alongside James Cross (Partner) and Julian Grant (Special Counsel). The lawyers in our privateequity transaction practice represent sponsors that provide private capital, as well as the companies, management teams, family offices and entrepreneurs who utilise that capital to acquire, create and grow businesses around the globe. The role will focus on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and management teams on a broad range of matters, including auction and buyout processes, majority and minority investments, bolt-ons, exits and corporate advisory work. Associates are given great levels of responsibility within this team and have the full support of the partners.
