As a Law & Motion Attorney, you will play a crucial role in our legal team, utilizing your exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy to provide outstanding written and oral advocacy.

<b> Responsibilities:</b>

<li> Take primary responsibility for drafting law and motion matters for the office.</li>
<li> Handle a small inventory of litigated cases.</li>
<li> Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.</li>
<li> Prepare and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.</li>
<li> Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategy.</li>
<li> Conduct legal analysis and provide advice on complex legal issues.</li>
<li> Ensure all work is completed accurately and within designated timelines.</li>
<li> Stay updated on relevant laws and legal trends.</li>

<b> Potential yearly salary range:</b> $110,550 – $160,000

</div> Qualifications:

<li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree and excellent academic credentials.</li>
<li> Active license to practice in California and a member in good standing of the California Bar.</li>
<li> 2-10 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a focus on civil litigation.</li>
<li> Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy.</li>
<li> Strong written and oral advocacy skills.</li>
<li> Proven ability to independently manage a caseload.</li>
<li> Detail-oriented and well-organized.</li>
<li> Excellent research and analytical skills.</li>
<li> Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li> Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li> Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work opportunity.</li>
