<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> About the Role:</b></h3>
<p> Hims & Hers is looking for an outstanding Product Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. You will have the opportunity to provide teams across the company with actionable legal advice on marketing materials and new and existing products and services offered by Hims & Hers. You will get to work on interesting and novel issues that arise from the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b> You Will:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with multiple teams throughout the organization, including the marketing, engineering, and supply teams throughout the development of a product and/or service offered by Hims & Hers.</li>
<li>Provide legal advice on a wide range of legal risks and issues relating to the development and marketing of products and services offered by Hims & Hers.</li>
<li>Review customer-facing marketing content that is featured on TV, print, radio, podcasts, online, and on social media.</li>
<li>Identify issues that may touch upon privacy and regulatory issues.</li>
<li>Assist with Hims & Hers' legal intake and review process and help implement policies and procedures for matter management.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on relevant state and federal e-commerce and advertising laws</li>
</ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>You Have:</b></h3>
<ul>
<li>Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school</li>
<li>5+ years of experience practicing advertising law and/or e-commerce law in a law firm and/or in-house and advising business teams on legal aspects of their products</li>
<li>Active bar membership in any US state</li>
<li>Strong record of providing business-focused advice and creatively identifying solutions</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with business partners</li>
<li>Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude</li>
<li>Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong time management, project prioritization, and management skills</li>
<li>Experience with FTC laws and regulations relating to the marketing and promotion of products</li>
