Acts as legal counsel to the Human Resources team and the Kaleida Health management team. <br> **Buffalo, NY** </div> </div> <div> <p><b>Minimum or Preferred Qualifications</b></p> <div> JD degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law in New York State; good standing. 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a law firm or comparable experience in business or in-house corporate setting. Conducting legal research and investigations. Analyzing case law, laws and regulations and providing recommendations. Communicating (written, one-on-one, presentation) with diverse audiences including labor, management, executives and HR. Negotiating contracts and MOUs. Coaching colleagues and clients.
