The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate, masters degree or work experience in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science, as well as previous intellectual property litigation experience. The candidate should have a high level of academic achievement from a highly ranked law school, strong legal writing skills and experience with patent litigation matters.
