Looking for an experienced senior associate/counsel to continue the dynamic growth of its global entertainment group. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of transactional entertainment experience working as outside or in-house counsel. The position will involve working with new and existing clients on a wide range of industry matters, including M&A, dispositions and joint ventures involving entertainment and media companies worldwide. Additional industry experience to complement Skadden’s existing capabilities also will be considered. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and expect to have significant participation in networking and business development opportunities. A high level of academic achievement and law firm or in-house studio experience is preferred.
