The Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a highly qualified Real Estate Associate with 2-3 years of general real estate experience, including drafting and negotiation of documents in connection with the disposition, acquisition and financing of commercial and residential property as well as experience negotiating and drafting office, industrial and/or retail space leases. Candidates should be interested in a broad exposure to commercial real estate matters. We require excellent academic credentials from a top law school, as well as high level analytical, verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the Illinois Bar is required.
