THE OPPORTUNITY We have an incredible opportunity for a Real Estate Associate with 4-6 years of leasing and development experience. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As a Real Estate Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking deals in collaboration with senior attorneys. You will work with one of our premier clients on their leasing and acquisitions of industrial and retail properties. This position will provide exposure to a variety of real estate transactions so it offers a great opportunity for candidates to expand their knowledge within the field. YOU HAVE: 4-6 years of real estate experience, specifically in leasing and acquisitions. Development experience a plus but not required. Top law firm or in-house experience. (In-house real estate attorneys are encouraged to apply.) Superior project management skills and experience managing due diligence as part of an acquisition or lease. Excellent academic credentials. Stellar analytical skills; and strong verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the state bar of the office you are applying to is required.
