The group represents clients in product liability, toxic tort, and environmental arenas, handling mass tort class actions and managing complex discovery. Applicants should have at least one year of clerkship experience in addition to superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills. Qualified candidates will also have one to three years of litigation experience at a law firm, including preferably some courtroom experience. Consideration will be given to candidates who are currently completing a federal court clerkship.
