Snell & Wilmer’s Orange County office seeks to hire a junior associate to support its bankruptcy and creditor’s rights practice group in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of law firm experience enforcing commercial loans for institutional clients and broader bankruptcy experience, including familiarity with the bankruptcy court. We seek excellent research and writing skills; prior clerkship experience is a plus and current bankruptcy clerks are especially encouraged to apply. California Bar admission is required. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members. Our expected salary range for this position is $210,000-230,000, depending on experience. We expect to fill the position between the second- and fourth-year associate level. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
