Job Description: The Downtown Los Angeles office of McGuireWoods seeks an Environmental Litigation Associate for the Environmental and Mass Tort Litigation Department. Working on complex Superfund Sites, this position will afford deep federal court experience in district courts across the United States. Job Requirements: Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in environmental litigation with a focus on CERCLA and large Superfund sites. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated top-notch legal research, analysis and writing skills are required.
