Barnes & Thornburg LLP seeks a full time paralegal for its Atlanta Office, Real Estate Department. Successful candidates will have 7+ years’ experience with surveys, title commitments, preparing objection letters, managing interactions with title companies, UCC filings, zoning reports, other due diligence, drafting basic real estate forms/documents, entity formation and Secretary of State filings, project management, checklist maintenance, and complex real estate transactions. The position includes direct contact with attorneys, clients and other professionals. Candidates must be detail oriented and have strong problem-solving and planning/organizational skills.
