We are looking for a junior to mid-level attorney with 1 to 5+ years’ experience in corporate governance and/or securities litigation. Ideally, you will have experience representing parties in shareholder derivative litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and other interesting corporate litigation issues. However, what really matters is exceptionally strong writing, analytical and fact-digging skills. Bundle that with perseverance and you will be successful here. Primary responsibilities include drafting comprehensive, fact-intensive complaints, legal briefs, and working closely with the team developing case theory. Performing critical legal research on new, cutting-edge, and other complex issues and writing about them is a big part of the job.
