Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate for its Private Funds group in New York. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in representing established and new fund sponsors in the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
