The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of in-house, government, and/or law firm experience in representing institutional investors in connection with their investments in private funds, including private equity, private credit, real estate and co-investment funds. Experience in negotiating purchase and sale agreements for secondary transactions and/or forming private funds is helpful but not required. Candidate must possess strong academic credentials as well as excellent communication, deal management, and analytical skills. </span> </div> <div> <span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 14px;"><br>The candidate may be resident in any of our offices in Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Orange County, Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Washington, DC and must be an active member of the bar in the jurisdiction of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying. <br>Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting résumés from search firms for this position. Final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid-time-off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
