Stark & Stark is actively recruiting for a personal injury paralegal in the Nursing Home Negligence practice group within our Hamilton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detailed-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities The Paralegal will be responsible for working efficiently in a fast-paced environment on the side of the Plaintiff. Candidate must possess the following abilities: Work well managing complex case files. Effectively handle heavy motion practice. Manage, review and analyze medical records. Analyze defense discovery using sound judgment and legal experience. Prepare discovery responses, including interrogatory answers with the client. Assist in preparing complex cases for jury trials, including drafting pleadings, discovery demands and responses, working with expert witnesses and preparing other legal documents. Qualifications Applicants must have practical knowledge of litigation in Personal Injury The individual should be well organized and able to see an assignment through to its end with proper direction. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
