Polsinelli is seeking a senior level associate to join our International Trade Commission Section 337 Litigation and Trade Remedies Practice Group in our Washington DC office. Interested candidates must be self-starters and possess a high level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience, and superb research, writing, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in regulatory trade issues either in the government or private sector. Candidates should also have experience with export controls and economic sanctions, and strategic competition and supply chain issues. Industry sectors of interest include manufacturing, critical minerals and materials and energy. Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally, the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. JD and active DC bar admission required. Compensation: Salary will range between $300,000-435,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
