Our healthcare lawyers are experts in helping clients properly structure their business relationships and transactions, comply with current laws and regulations, and achieve successful resolutions in civil and administrative proceedings. We represent a premier group of healthcare systems, academic medical centers, physician practice groups and other healthcare providers in a variety of disputes, including managed care disputes, False Claims Act matters, medical staff disputes, administrative proceedings including licensure and Certificate of Need issues, and other matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, possess top academic credentials (top 25% of class from a first tier law school), strong legal research, writing, analytical skills, and two to three years of related experience.
