The Opportunity Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an attorney with at least 7 years of broad-based corporate experience to join our thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with private securities offerings, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience working on real estate and private equity fund formation is a plus. Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
