Dickinson Wright seeks a senior-level attorney with transactional health care experience in aggregation models in a number of industry sectors, including but not limited to, dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc. to join our growing M&A and Private Equity practice group. Successful candidates must have: at least five years’ experience whom have supported health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, building state compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight; strong business and entrepreneurial sense, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills; and a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service, as well as the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
