The role is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and the right candidate will work closely with colleagues in the region, as well as in Switzerland, UK, Poland, Singapore and other locations. In your senior advisor role supporting a variety of internal clients and partnering closely with the Bank’s Procurement organization you will be advising on regulatory outsourcings and other procurement contracts with external vendors in the Americas’ region. The role focuses on providing strategic legal advice on issues such as outsourcing, data protection, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, representations, warranties. You are willing to work independently as part of a regional and worldwide team negotiating a wide array of strategic and tactical procurement contracts for the bank. A successful candidate will bring:</p> <ul> <li>A sound legal background with a minimum of 10 years of professional relevant experience as an attorney in a law firm or an in-house legal department engaged in drafting and negotiating commercial contract negotiations.
