That’s digital trust for the real world. <br> <br> JOB DESCRIPTION <br> <br> As Associate Corporate Counsel (Commercial Contracts), you will report directly to another attorney on the customer contracts team and be responsible to structure, draft, and negotiate complicated technology, distribution, licensing, and other commercial agreements, and provide legal support to the Sales team. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required. <br> <br> RESPONSIBILITIES <br> <br> Draft and negotiate technology agreements, including software as a service (SaaS) agreements and software license agreements <br>Work with partnership teams to negotiate and document partner/distribution relationships <br>Negotiate ancillary agreements, such as NDAs, privacy agreements, and security agreements <br>Review and revise various form agreements <br>Ensure contractual compliance with industry standards and technical product requirements <br>Support, build positive relationships with, and provide authoritative legal guidance to internal business teams <br>Work collaboratively to identify and implement process improvements and support updates to internal playbooks and templates <br>Manage and meet internal SLAs, and help juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment <br>Own specific legal projects and develop subject matter expertise regarding legal issues faced by the customer contracts team and internal business partners <br> <br> REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS <br> <br> Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar <br>Licensed to practice (and in good standing) in at least one state in the United States <br>2-4 years relevant post-law school experience <br>Experience with contract negotiation, interpretation, and administration <br>Excellent business acumen, well-developed problem-solving abilities, and high emotional intelligence <br>Strong work ethic, a “hands on” mentality, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving business environment while juggling and prioritizing multiple projects at the same time <br>Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity <br>Desire to take on greater responsibility as experience is gained and skills are further developed <br>Keen diplomatic instincts and customer service mentality <br>Ability to work independently, employ good judgment, act with integrity, take ownership, and seek advice when necessary <br>This role may require some travel <br> <br> DIGICERT BENEFITS <br> <br> DigiCert offers a competitive benefits package for all of our full-time employees.
