Our Managing Partner, Jim Miller, works closely with associates to meet their business development goals. We offer a 10% origination bonus on cases brought to the firm. There is unlimited earning potential, and associates have made over 7 figures as a result of their business development efforts. Mentorship Program Our associates work closely with partners and clients and are given challenging work from day one. Through our firm’s Mentorship Program, associates are taught best practices for effective courtroom advocacy, interacting with opposing counsel, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing summary judgment motions, and examining witnesses at trial. They are trained to be creative and aggressive and to take ownership of their cases. Pro Bono We are committed to pro bono work and provide the same quality services as we do with commercial work. Associate pro bono hours count the same as commercial billable hours for purposes of evaluation and bonuses, and there is no cap on pro bono hours.
