Herrick is seeking an associate attorney with 4-8 years of general corporate experience, with specific skills in securities. Additional lending or fund experience is beneficial, but not a requirement. Excellent writing and drafting skills, analytical ability, and the ability to take initiative and self-direct are of particular value.
