Seeking a junior candidate with capital markets and/or mergers & acquisitions experience at U.S. law firm. The ideal candidate would have a J.D. from a U.S. law school and be a native English speaker who is fluent in Portuguese. Candidates who are fluent in Spanish with an interest in developing Portuguese language skills are welcome to inquire as well. The ability to work effectively as part of a team across offices/practices, a high level of academic achievement, and a desire and commitment to live and work in Sao Paulo are required.
