The Washington DC office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of broad corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have sophisticated experience representing public, private and emerging growth companies in complex M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, equity and debt finance, licensing and technology transfers. Franchising experience is a plus but not required. Top law firm experience preferred. Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills required.
