Responsibilities and practice Dentons US LLP is seeking a is seeking an associate with 5-9 years of work experience to join our thriving Government Contracts practice in Dallas or Denver. The associate hired for this position will work collaboratively with partners and be a key member of the team. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Counseling on government contracts performance issues Litigating CDA claims, bid protests and FCA cases Supporting internal and government investigations arising in connection with government contracts Reviewing contract and subcontract agreements and FAR and DFARS flow-downs Performing general research and writing in support of the department’s full scope government contracts practice This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated and growing Government Contracts practice of a global law firm, and to work with a team of lawyers who are passionate about their work. Pursuant with Colorado law, the Denver salary range for this position will be $325,000 - $390,000 based on experience. Based on years of experience, Dentons associates may have a title of Associate, Managing Associate, or Senior Managing Associate.
