Description
McNees Wallace & Nurick is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of estate and trust administration experience, will support all aspects of our Estate Planning Group and will be resident in our Lancaster, PA office with limited hybrid flexibility. Sample of Responsibilities: Prepare PA inheritance tax returns, federal estate tax returns, and fiduciary income tax returns Draft routine legal documents Work directly with attorneys and clients and work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to ensure outstanding client service Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Paralegal certificate, a degree from an ABA-approved program, or a Bachelor’s Degree 1-3 years of trust and estate administration experience including preparation of fiduciary income tax returns, inheritance tax returns and federal estate tax returns Experience with gift tax returns is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with use of technology including experience with Microsoft programs Exceptionally well organized and detail oriented Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of firm personnel, clients, and opposing counsel If you thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, adhere to strict deadlines, and have a strong work ethic, we hope you will consider joining our team of professionals.    McNees Wallace & Nurick offers a great work environment, competitive compensation commensurate with experience, and progressive benefit options.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identify or expression, disability, nationality, sex, or any other characteristic protected by law.
