Paralegal Clyde & Co seeks a Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to support our aviation team. Our team is passionate about our practice and committed to efficiently and effectively meeting litigation and client driven deadlines. This practice includes representing airlines; airports; municipalities; automotive manufacturers; government contractors; retailers; manufacturers of commercial, aviation, space, military, and consumer products; and their insurers. Key Responsibilities Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of claims; Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters; Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters; Finalize and send coverage letters; and Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims. Qualifications Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel); Familiarity with Court websites is a plus; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Superior organizational skills; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Ability to handle highly sensitive information; Ability to gracefully work under pressure; Flexible and adapts well to changes in workload; This position has a strong in-office presence with five days a week and occasional flexibility to work from home.
