Orange County Haynes Boone is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of employment litigation and advice and counseling experience to join our Labor & Employment practice in our Orange County office. The ideal candidate should have experience with all aspects of employment litigation, including single plaintiff and wage and hour class and representative actions. Candidates must also have strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, public speaking skills, and should enjoy working with others in a team-oriented setting. The starting base salary for this Orange County position is expected to be between $260,000 - $365,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
