Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an associate to join the Insurance Recovery and Counseling Group. Candidates should have at least 2 years of business or commercial litigation experience and an interest in focusing on insurance recovery matters. Our insurance recovery practice team works for corporate policyholders and insureds, in and out of court, when our clients have disputes with their insurance carriers. Previous insurance recovery experience is not required (but is preferred). Candidates should also have a strong academic record, excellent analytical, writing and communication skills and the energy, drive and desire to work in a busy national practice.
